Offshore Gas Field in Myanmar
Project Objective
- To investigate issue of backpressure from new drilling wells to the existing wells.
- To build PROSPER well models, MBAL reservoir tank model for new wells and subsea production GAP model.
Project Scope
- To construct well model and perform well performance modelling.
- To update the PROSPER models of existing producer wells.
- To perform scenario run and production forecast.
- To construct and update MBAL reservoir tank model and perform reservoir tank modelling.
Project Result
- PROSPER well models and GAP facilities models are calibrated to current field conditions.
- MBAL reservoir tank models are calibrated to the historical reservoir performance.
- Sanding model has been developed for respective wells; sand chart developed for well optimization and minimizing sand production in wells.
